Unique "Zoom" Plenum and Low Resistance DuctworkAir distribution and flow is one third of the cooling and heating system, yet it is treated by most installers as insignificant. No mater how good the equipment is, if the air produced by the furnace or air handler doesn’t circulate correctly the home will not be comfortable and the system will be prematurely damaged. We at Tasco have invested over two decades developing designs and applications that allow the air to go where it is supposed to at the right velocity and direction. This means all of our ductwork has gradual, round turns, sized properly, and directed properly to each room. The distribution device called the Tasco “Zoom” allows the air to exit the generation point with the least amount of resistance. Based on the designs of major transportation highways all turns are soft in our air duct design… so very much like your traveling vehicle, the air can make fluid and forward progress without the resistance of sharp turns. Plumbing in the home also uses round not square turns to maintain pressure and reduce noise, water splashing against square turns would be noisy and hard to move. Taking this into consideration we applied the same design to our ductwork with amazing results. The comfort level in the home increased tremendously, utility bills went down, and stress on the equipment was lowered. Our system will soon be realized as the universally correct way to build duct systems and control airflow.

Drain Brain Safety SwitchTasco installs a Drain Brain safety switch with every system. This is a device located inside the drain line that is connected to the electronics of the unit. If the drain clogs and backs up due to restriction, then the unit shuts down to prevent water from leaking and causing damage to the home. |

New Flooring on All InstallsTasco replaces the flooring at the bottom of the air handler cabinet with new 3/4" plywood to stabilize and support the new air conditioning unit. |

New Disconnect Boxes With Surge ProtectorsTasco includes a new disconnect box on the exterior of the home at the heat pump. Surge protectors with water tight conduit are used to safely connect power to the air conditioner and protect against power surges. |

New Concrete SlabsTasco will remove your old slab and replace it with a solid new foundation to support the outside air conditioning unit and ensure that it is level to maintain smooth operation of the air conditioning equipment. |
